In a shady room in the middle of a friday afternoon, we have two young men, clad in leather jackets and wearing combat boots. They have a lazy air about them, they have nowhere to be and it's like they are not even here. Massi Arena and Fabio Liuzzi answer some questions.
q: So you guys are brothers?
m: No, that's actually a very common misconception, we're just both musicians who wanted and decided to make music together.
q: What are you're musical backgrounds?
f: We don't have any, I mean we love music and all that but we didn't go to school or anything.
m: We go to clubs a lot.
q: How would you classify your music?
m: Electro thrash punk
q: I don't know what that is.
m: It's just loud electro to bang on the dancefloor for people who want to throw themselves around.
The pair are wearing masks over their head, like futuristic airsoft gun helmets. Not unlike the Bloody Beetroots or Daft Punk.
q: How did you decide to go for the masks?
m: It seemed right.
f: And we're hideous.
q: Are you fans of the Bloody Beetroots, or Daft Punk?
f: Yeah, I mean in a way that musicians are fans of other musicians.
m: We can understand what they are doing even if we might not choose to do those things ourselves.
q: Finally, when do you think your first album release will be?
m: We don't know, we're just gonna keep doing what we do, djing at clubs all over the place.
q: Do you think it will even happen?
f: Yes. I don't think we're trying to hurry, we've been around for a long time, so I think we can wait a little longer.
